Holveda is a trade name used by OTek USA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, “Holveda,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean OTek USA LLC doing business as Holveda. Our team works primarily from the Dominican Republic, with contractors in the United States.

If you become a Holveda customer, a separate written services agreement will govern the services we provide. That agreement, rather than these website terms, describes the scope of those services.

3. Do not send patient information

Our chat, website forms, and regular email are not secure channels for protected health information. Do not send patient names, medical records, or other patient information through them. If you send patient information, we will delete it and notify you. Contact us if you need an appropriate way to discuss a matter involving patient information.

Enrollment costs and support

How to stop messages

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. To rejoin, sign up again through the same process.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
